Sp3k Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the sp3k platform. By registering or using any part of our platform, you agree to be bound by all provisions stated below.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for or using the sp3k platform through our website or mobile application, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must stop using the platform immediately.
These terms constitute a binding agreement between you as the user and sp3k as the platform provider. Continued use of the platform following any updates to these terms will be considered acceptance of the updated terms. sp3k reserves the right to amend these terms at any time with reasonable notice through the platform.
Use of the sp3k platform is subject to the laws in force in Malaysia. Users are responsible for ensuring that their use of this service is lawful under the local laws applicable to them.
2. Account Creation, Security and User Responsibilities
Eligibility and Registration
To register and use the sp3k platform, you must be at least 18 years of age. By registering, you confirm that all information provided is true, accurate and current. sp3k reserves the right to terminate any account found to be using false information or another person's identity.
Each user is only permitted to hold one active account. Owning multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or permanently closed without any refund of existing balances.
Account Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your password and account login details confidential. sp3k will not be held liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own negligence. You are required to notify the sp3k support team immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party.
Platform Usage Rules
Users are prohibited from using the sp3k platform for any activity that is unlawful, deceptive or harmful to other users. This includes but is not limited to: fraud, money laundering, the use of bots or automated software to manipulate the system, and any attempt to exploit technical vulnerabilities in the platform.
3. Payments, Transactions and Currency
All transactions on the sp3k platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Users are responsible for understanding the applicable exchange rate if their bank account or digital wallet is denominated in another currency before carrying out any transaction.
Sp3k supports a range of deposit and withdrawal methods commonly used in Malaysia, including internet banking via local banks and digital wallets such as Touch 'n Go eWallet and Boost. Deposit processing is typically near-instant, while withdrawals are processed in accordance with internal procedures and may take up to several business days depending on the method chosen.
Sp3k reserves the right to hold or review any suspicious transactions. Where there is evidence of fraud or a breach of terms, sp3k may freeze the account in question and report the matter to the relevant authorities without prior notice to the user. All deposits are final and non-refundable except under circumstances specified in sp3k's refund policy.
Bonuses and promotions offered by sp3k are subject to the specific terms set for each offer. Users are required to read and understand the eligibility conditions, wagering requirements and withdrawal limits that apply before claiming any bonus.
4. Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property and Third-Party Links
Limitation of Liability
Sp3k is not liable for any direct, indirect, consequential or punitive loss arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including service disruptions, data loss or inaccurate information. The sp3k platform is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranty of fitness for a particular purpose.
In all circumstances, sp3k's maximum liability to any user shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user into their account within the thirty (30) days preceding the relevant claim.
Intellectual Property
All content on the sp3k platform, including designs, logos, text, graphics, user interfaces and software, is the exclusive property of sp3k or its respective licensors. Users may not reproduce, modify, distribute or commercially exploit any platform content without prior written consent from sp3k.
Third-Party Links and Services
The sp3k platform may contain links or integrations with third-party services such as payment processors and sports data providers. sp3k is not responsible for the content, privacy policies or practices of any such third-party websites or services. Users are advised to read the relevant third-party terms and privacy policies before using them.
5. Account Policy, Termination and Changes to Terms
Account Suspension and Closure
Sp3k reserves the right to suspend or close any user's account at any time for reasons including but not limited to: breach of these Terms & Conditions, suspected fraudulent activity, hacking attempts, use of multiple accounts, or at the request of the relevant authorities. In cases where an account is closed due to a breach of terms, sp3k reserves the right to withhold the remaining balance pending the outcome of an internal investigation.
Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting the sp3k support team via email at [email protected]. Valid balances will be processed for withdrawal once all verification checks have been completed.
Changes to Terms and Applicable Law
Sp3k reserves the right to amend, update or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Such changes take effect as soon as they are published on the platform. Users are encouraged to review this page periodically to stay informed of the latest terms. Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if unresolved, through the jurisdiction of a competent court in Malaysia.
